H&H Development is Dubai's branded-residence specialist. Established in 2007 by co-founders Shahab Lutfi and Mohamed Al Hussaini, it introduced the Four Seasons, Aman and Rosewood names to Dubai and created the Eden House brand, building a portfolio defined by international hospitality partnerships.

Its product is the hotel-managed residence: Four Seasons Private Residences in DIFC, AMAN Dubai, Baccarat Hotel & Residences and Dubai Harbour Residences. These are low-count, top-of-market homes where the operator's name and service are the durable premium.
