Every project moves through the same three rooms: the studio where the palette is composed, the desk where the plans are drawn, the site where it's directed into place.

Compose the palette

Fabric, stone, wood, leather, brass — every material chosen, tested against light, and arranged before a single piece of furniture is ordered.

Draw the plan

Floor plans drawn over with actual layouts, furniture footprints, traffic flow, and joinery details. The unit gets designed before it gets dressed.

Direct the install

Michelle is on site through delivery and styling. Every piece placed by her eye. Day one of ownership = a finished home, not a furniture warehouse with keys.

Full furniture package selection, procurement, delivery, and installation. Branded-residence-grade pieces, sourced through our supplier network across Dubai, Italy, and Asia. Same quality as the developer's show unit, without the developer markup.

Bespoke design layouts tailored to luxury living and rental performance. Material palettes, lighting plans, joinery details. Every choice tested against both lifestyle appeal and yield potential. Beautiful AND bookable.

Handover &snagging.
We attend the developer handover with you, document every snag, manage the rectification list to closure. You receive the keys to a unit that's actually finished. Not a punch list disguised as a property.

Custom furnituresourcing.
Sofas, dining tables, beds, lighting. Selected, sourced, and installed to your brief. Italian, Scandinavian, or made-to-order from Dubai's top fabricators. We negotiate trade pricing you can't access as an individual buyer.

Holiday homesetup.
Turnkey rental preparation for short-let platforms. Linens, towels, kitchenware, smart locks, welcome guides, professional listing photography, platform onboarding. Day one of ownership becomes day one of revenue.

Resale & investmentstaging.
Property styling for resale and investment optimization. We dress the unit so it photographs and shows at maximum value. Average price uplift on staged resales in our network: 6 to 11% above pre-staging valuation.

Ongoing ownersupport.
Concierge assistance for the life of the asset. Maintenance dispatch, tenant coordination, service charge review, annual property health-checks, replacement furnishing as the unit ages. The team that bought the property stays with the property.
