Aldar is Abu Dhabi's largest listed developer and, with Emaar, one of the two institutional benchmarks in the UAE. Founded in 2004, listed on the ADX with a market capitalisation above AED 61 billion and strategically backed by Mubadala, it carries a land bank over 62 million square metres and more than 105 developments.
